Customers Feedback


After the interview session with the manager and assistant manager of PappaRich TAR College, I asked their permission to let me interview some of the customers in order to know their thoughts and opinions on this franchise foods and customers services. Fortunately the manager allowed me to interview them as long as I do not disturb the customers enjoying their foods and drinks.

The 1st question will be asking about the foods.
2nd question will be the services.
3rd question will be the room for improvements and recommendation.

Customer A
Q1 answer:
The foods quite okay. Especially the ‘nasi lemak biasa’ for just RM2.80. Where can we found such price for this kind of restaurant? 

Q2 answer:
Okay, just sometimes we need to queue quite long to make order during class break. Especially during lunch.

Q3 answer:
I think that the space between tables in indoor should be more spaceful. I had difficulty trying to walk and reach my seat.

Customer B
Q1 answer:
Okay. Maybe the chicken in ‘nasi lemak’ a bit cold and not crispy. Should improve in that.

Q2 answer:
Services is okay. Food delivery is very fast and accurate.

Q3 answer:
Maybe can change the chicken to hot and spicy flavor. It will help add the tastefulness to the ‘nasi lemak’.
